Termite damage hidden behind walls and floors can go on forever; rectification costs will always blow out the budget. Ensure a full invasive inspection is carried out, i.e. removal of all wall lining, Flooring, ceilings, skirting, architraves and windows, to ascertain the actual costs for replacement.
A Traditional chemical barrier is likely an impossible solution; too many companies offer chemical barriers that simply don’t work on split level homes; a combination of a chemical and Baiting system is more likely the best solution.
